tell me if this workout schedule is too much?
Chest
Chest exercises 3 times a week, Monday Wednesday Friday. (1 hour)
Core
Abs 5 times a week Monday thru Friday. (30 minutes)
Fat burn
Intense cardio at the Gym 5 times a week Monday thru Friday and home cardio on Saturday. (3 hours a day)
Arms, legs, chest, etc.
Arms at the Gym Tuesday and Thursday.
Following P90X schedule 5 days a week every week. (if you dont know about it the workouts are very intense and are a hour each.)
Weekdays= 4 hours of workout time 3-4 and 6-9
3-4 Cardio at gym
6-9 P90X workouts, Abs, and home cardio
IS THIS TOO MUCH? WILL MY BODY BE ABLE TO RECOVER TO BUILD MUSCLE? I TAKE WORKING OUT SERIOUSLY AND PUSH MYSELF TO THE LIMIT. I AM TAKING THE WEEKENDS OFF TO RECOVER AND TAKING EVERY FOURTH WEEK AS A REST WEEK (ONLY DOING MODERATE Exercise) SO IS THIS TO MUCH EXERCISE FOR MY BODY? OH YEAH AND IM 16
