Can anyone tell me the best workout plan for building body mass ??
the eating part is not a problem … proteins .. not the problem either … i have the perfect diet …. i see chances … i’m gaining mass but not fast enought … see my point ?
I would concentrate on big compound movements like squat,bench,deadlift,and barbell rows.The big movements involve allot of muscle simultaneously.This can help cause some biochemical changes and make your body store more glycogen to be ready for the next time.Do your isolation work at the end of your workout.Don’t rush it but work hard and get your sleep.STAY AWAY FROM THE JUICE.It’s not worth it.Be patient and work very hard about 3-4 times a week.
