Is my thinking right that big muscles shorten the life of the heart since it has to pump more blood to those additional blood cells of which the muscles are composed of?
Your heart will simply adapt accordingly to your body. It’s not bad for your heart, but because you’ll have more muscles to pump oxygen to, your cardio might be a little bad if you don’t do any cardiovascular exercises.
