i’m worried about my penis slipping out of condoms?

ok so basically every time me and the gf have sex the condom slips off after a few mins.i have tried soooo many different types of condoms but they all seam to just slip off. the snug fit seam to last the longest but they still only last about 5 mins at most. i have gone though the embarrassment of asking if they had a smaller fitting condom but they are the smallest i’ve found. i’ve tried a few online but they all seam to be the same. could please someone give me advice. please. btw i am 3” and 2.5 girth
